It's a pleasure to be back at Michelin Star Gravetye Manor, shooting some wonderful À La Carte creations with Head chef George Blogg. Here's a look behind the scenes. This was Flaked Dorset Crab, cucumber, borage and Exmoor caviar and yes - it tasted amazing.
