George Clarke’s Channel 4 series Old House, New Home featured remarkable property transformations, but one standout for me was the luxurious seafront apartment I shot for the series in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.

This stunning renovation showcased decadent interior design and breathtaking coastal views, making it one of the most memorable projects in the series.

Photographing this Sussex apartment for the series was an absolute privilege. The interior was beautifully styled by Jane Field, showcasing the elegance of the light and opulent living area, but with a touch of decayed grandeur. The calm and restful bedroom, and the dramatic study with its rich, dark tones. Each space had its own distinct character, making this a truly memorable shoot.
